Moving Down Under
Continuing an evening of rants. . . .
Michelle Malkin has the right idea:
I’m thinking of moving Down Under. Why? Because I love the vigorous, unapologetic response by Aussie government officials and Aussie Catholic clergy to Muslim Pope Rage compared to the silence or limpness of just about every other Western nation’s response. Including ours. Bush’s sparse, appeasing remarks–emphasizing the sincerity of the Pope’s regret instead of the insane jihadi reaction–were lame. Just lame.
Oh, and couldn’t Bush’s speechwriters have seen fit to squeeze in something, anything, condemning Pope Rage in today’s U.N. speech? Silly me. That wouldn’t be conducive to “dialogue.”
