Avian Flu Update III
Bush is massaging the public in order to support use of the military if a pandemic outbreak occurs.
My plan is to get out of the Bay Area as quickly as possible — but will the feds lock me in?

Daniel Drezner notes W has been working this issue longer than the Democrats have known about it.
Yeah, I’ll trust W.
And, No, I cannot trust the Dems. All they do is yell and run around in circles.
They do not and cannot lead.
However, if either party tries to score political points on this, they should be spanked early and hard.
