San Diego and the Christian Problem
Or is it the ACLU problem?
Two items.
First, the city council was about to remove The Cross on Mt. Soledad, but as Michelle Malkin reports, city voters will have the last word (do check out Claremont’s Local Liberty blog for more details and history).
Second, Stones Cry Out takes us back to 2004 when San Diego paid the ACLU nearly $1 million after failing to convince a US District Judge that the ACLU had stolen a legal base by calling the Boy Scouts a “religious organization.”
Thanks to Stones Cry Out for highlighting The Hedgehog Blog’s excellent history of this ACLU US District Court victory here and here.
More evidence that we need to restore Constitutional principles and have Presidential Judicial nominees voted up or down.
Now.
