The Choice
Our choice as citizens on November 6 is clear.
President Obama has demonstrated a reckless disregard for the defense of America as well as her prosperity.
Governor Romney has demonstrated the ability make lemonade from lemons and he is, like another Republican President elected in 1980, a happy warrior.
As Charles Krauthammer notes:
Every four years we are told that the coming election is the most important of one’s life. This time it might actually be true. At stake is the relation between citizen and state, the very nature of the American social contract.
And do not forget, the “very nature of the American social contract” is interpreted by the Supreme Court — and 3 of 9 Justices will turn 80 by 2016 election.
And Yes, I do believe our religious liberty is at stake — again, “the relation between citizen and state” is at an inflection point.
Vote for Mitt Romney and a Republican Senate — we need to get America out of the ditch and renew our “shining city on a hill.”
