Thompson as VP: McCain or Romney?
As rumors swirl that McCain may offer the slot to Thompson, Evangelicals for Mitt ponder a Romney-Thompson ticket.
UPDATE:
An AP analysis which suggests FredHeads will drift evenly to remaining candidates. I'm somewhat dubious. If there is any truth to the McCain-Thompson rumor, McCain surely knows that Romney-Thompson pretty much sinks McCain.
It seems to me that McCain is acting a bit more desperate of late.
Lastly, as a fitting update to a thus far most interesting campaign, most have probably heard by now that Duncan Hunter has endorsed Huckabee -- for what it is worth.
