When our Vice President is targeted for assassination, many sick people are distraught that he was not slaughtered in Afghanistan today -- just one sample says it all:

An attempted assassination of one of our leaders in this country and douchebags from both sides of the aisle conduct a primitive and sickening feeding frenzy and exploit this event for childish, thumb-sucking hatred and finger-pointing at each other. This country is just loaded with childish, spoiled-rotten idiots that are nothing more than poster children for abortion.
Ya think any of these modern marvels of inbreeding from either side of the aisle would stop their “anti right-wing this” and “liberals suck that” tantrums long enough to ask how the Taliban would attempt to assassinate a political figure at that time when the trip was unannounced and the itinerary was never made public? Who told the Taliban that Cheney would be at that base at that time when nobody knew about it? Pakistan maybe? Instead of being distracted by anti-liberal “bright shiny thingys” that your leaders dangle in front of you to keep your weak childish mind amused, how about paying attention to the fact that an ally we’re supposed to have in this BS War on Terror has possibly just tried to assassinate our Vice President.
