Much Ado About Nothing?

I'm so confused. But others are all over the Judith Miller release and trying to read the tea leaves and what it all means. PowerLine asks who Miller is protecting (as does Ed Morrissey) -- and the questions only grow. Tom Maguire asks questions nobody is answering here, here, here and here (in chronological order). This is great stuff if you want to get into this deeply. Beldar thinks little of Miller. My take -- she simply wanted to go home, and her "protect her source" principles were, well, expendable -- especially since her source gave her permission to name him a year ago (as Patterico artfully points out). If I were typing this in daylight, I might not think about black helicopters and how all of this bizarre timing was not planned to pile on and damage W even more than he has damaged himself recently. But, I am no Ross Perot, and I think she simply was tired of bad food, and wanted to get back in the spotlight and her own bed. UPDATE: Then again, maybe I'm wrong -- PowerLine has primary source documents suggesting something is up. What that something is continues to be great blogger fodder (with compliments to Eugene).
