Hijacking History
How does CAIR describe our Flight 93 heros?
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today dismissed Rep. Tom Tancredo’s (R-CO) comments on the design of a memorial to those aboard a plane that crashed in Pennsylvania on 9/11 as a cynical political ploy designed to gain national attention.Charles Johnson shares the exasperation voiced in Mark Steyn's Flight 93, Re-Hijacked:
Yet Paul Murdoch, the architect, has somehow managed to produce a design whose two most obvious interpretations are a) a big nothing or b) a splendid memorial to the hijackers rather than their victims. And that's just a tease. UPDATE: Michelle Malkin has much, much more.
