FEMA is Broken
And needs to be fixed, and quickly.
Terrorists must simply be licking their chops at FEMA incompetence (Michelle Malkin is rightfully all over FEMA’s lack of leadership).
Why not simply let the Navy take over — they know what they are doing.
Is the Red Cross broken too — giving away bobbleheads figurines today in Philadelphia — why should the Red Cross ever give anything away except to those in need? Here’s to hoping the bobbleheads were donated to the Red Cross (but why not sell them instead?).
To repeat the refrain, I give to The Salvation Army. Hit the link or the “Katrina Donate Now” button on the Sierra Faith home page please.

The Red Cross works with blood, for helping people in hospitals and even Iraq. Why bobbleheads? First off they were figurines, and second why not remind people to give blood. The supply is always needed from people, and I would think the benifit of reminding people to give blood far outweighs the price of a silly little figurine. You might want disaster relief money to go elsewhere, which is everyone’s right where their money goes, but don’t demonize an organization that more than likely gives blood to your local hospital.

Questioning has become demonization?
I don’t think so.
Unfortunately, the Red Cross has earned a reputation needing a watchful eye.

I apologize for the poor choice of words, after reading my comment I wanted to change it. If you do not like the Red Cross though… you had better start stocking your own blood at your local hospital so as not to use theirs.
